I went to the NYS Sheep and Wool Festival this weekend for the first time. The weather was perfectly crisp autumn weather and there were so many things to see. Here are some of the highlights:

I only bought one thing: (well, two skeins of one thing) Brooks Farm Yarns Four Play in a color that I think will be a great scarf match for my red coat.

The day was one of those days that I will remember forever. The 2 1/2 hour drive up there, the trees, the animals, the smells, the foods, the dinner afterwards. It was definitely a magical day.
